Send a water damage request

Tell us what you need in a few lines. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What to put in the form

  • Your name, phone, email and the ZIP code of the property. The ZIP code tells us which area the house is in.
  • What happened. Flooded basement, burst pipe, appliance leak, sewage backup, storm leak or mold. Pick the closest one.
  • Whether water is still coming in. This tells the company how fast to move.
  • A little more. Where the water is, roughly how much, what caused it and when it started.
  • How you would like to be contacted. Pick whatever is easiest for you.

What happens next

We pass your request to an independent local water damage restoration company that serves your ZIP code. The company, not this site, contacts you about your request. They set up a time to look at it and explain any fee for the visit, and that is a good moment to ask questions. You decide whether to go ahead with any work. If no company can take your request, we let you know.

If water is near outlets, cords or the electrical panel, stay out of it. Do not wade in to reach the panel; call an electrician or your electric utility.

This site is a referral service. It connects you with an independent local water damage restoration company. It is not a restoration company itself. See our privacy page.
